Ryme Minista creates buzz with new single 'Kill and Get Weh', featuring dancehall star Mavado.

Fast-rising dancehall artiste Ryme Minista recently dropped a hot new single titled 'Kill and Get Weh', featuring dancehall star Mavado.

The single, produced by popular radio personality DJ Smurf, is currently creating quite a buzz in the online dancehall music community. Since its release less than a week ago, it has been posted on dozens of popular dancehall YouTube channels and online dancehall music sites and forums.

"This is one of the most talked about songs on the Net, right now. It is creating a big buzz on YouTube, Facebook and Twitter. It's also spreading in the streets like wildfire. Every selector is requesting the dub plate, it is going to be a major hit, big up Mavado and Smurf," said Ryme Minista.

According to Ryme Minista's manager, Fox, CEO of Starzplus Management, he also believes that Kill and Get Weh will be a major dancehall hit.

"This song has hit written all over it, the raw version is creating waves all over the net and in the streets. The Starzplus team is working on a clean version of the song that will be released very soon. I'm not surprised that it is doing so well on the Net, Mavado is a major dancehall star who has a lot of fans all over the world and Ryme is a star in the making, so it's a win/win situation," said Fox.

The tough-talking Ryme Minista, who hails from Glendevon, Montego Bay, has long been hailed as one of the best new lyricists in the game.

Over a very short period of time, Ryme Minista has gained a huge following in the Second City, with his gritty underground dancehall anthems such as Mad Mad Move, Shub Out, Push Forward, One Umbrella and Killaz & Killaz.

Ryme Minista is currently enjoying mainstream attention with his thought-provoking single titled Searching For My Rights on the Good Good Music Production imprint.

He recently shot the video for Searching For My Rights. The video, which was directed by Stunna Jamaica and edited by DK Konsepp/Must Rich Film, is slated to be released before the end of the month.
