Popcaan signs to Shocking vibes Record label

Information reaching us is that Popcaan is no longer with the Vybz Kartel's led Portmore Empire.
Information on popular radio station Irie FM's website is that Shocking Vibes is currently the official and exclusive booking agency for the (former) Portmore Empire member.
Shocking Vibes CEO Patrick Roberts says the partnership with PopCaan came about a few weeks before the unfortunate incident involving Portmore leader Vybz Kartel who is currently in police custody.
Popcaan was one of the member of the empire who said he would never leave (sell-out) Vybz Kartel.
