I need to know the name or singer of this song please!!!!!?

I heard this reggae song on the radio the other day, its a oldschool dancehall track and i think some of the the lyrics go like this :

your bouncing, bouncing like a bouncy ball
under the fence and against the wall

Something along those lines, any help would be really helpful!!
