Dancehall artiste Lejah Eyeing a Big Musical Breakthrough

Upcoming dancehall artiste Lejah is upbeat about his musical career and how the fans have welcomed him with open arms.

The 23-year-old artiste, hailing from West Cumberland, Portmore in St Catherine, has been creating a buzz on the dancehall scene since the release of his single Mi Love You.

The single, on the Soak rhythm produced by Inna Mi House Music/CD Master Biggs and distributed by 21st Hapilos, features Lejah alongside dancehall veterans Spice, Demarco, Voicemail, and Charly Blacks, among others.

The single has been gaining rotation on the airwaves on radio stations such as Zip 103 FM, Sun City FM and Hot 102 FM, as well as prominent radio stations in places like Europe, Kenya, Guyana, and Grand Cayman, since its release.

This has been a major accomplishment for the young artiste, with this being his first major release.

"I feel good about the progress I've made the last few months, and I'm thankful for the opportunities that are beginning to come my way," Lejah said.

With high hopes of working with some of the top producers in the industry, Lejah is on a mission to produce quality music - what he calls life music - and he is fully focused and determined to not settle for mediocrity.

"It's just a matter of time! Everybody have dem time, and my time soon come, so mi just a gwan be patient and do the work the real way. I'm focused on making quality songs, songs that will last for generations to come." Lejah said.

Currently, Lejah is promoting the new singles Nobody Like She, Ghetto Youth produced by UIM Records, and gearing up to re-release the official video for the single Mi Love You, which has gotten more than 37,000 views on giant social website YouTube.

With new opportunities coming his way from some of the top producers, Lejah looks forward to the upcoming year and the new releases. The talented yet humble artiste is gearing up to take the world by musical storm.
