JAH MASON AND UZMAN SOAR TO #1 WITH “NIGHTLIFE”

Jah Mason, well known as the golden boy of collaborations in the reggae music industry, has join forces with international crossover rapper Uzman on the single, “Nightlife”. The track which was released in the summer of 2013 got instant rotation on established commercial Reggae radio station such as Irie FM in Jamaica.

It sat at number one (1) on the NYC reggae chart (Funk Master Flex’s Franchise Record Pool) in November and continues to get heavy rotation on Reggae radio shows worldwide. An official video was shot shortly after the song was released and is getting just as much rotation as the audio.

To celebrate the songs success, Uzman, who is based in Toronto, Canada, flew to Jamaica to perform the single with Jah Mason and was well received by the audience in St. Elizabeth (Jah Mason’s home parish). Uzman is now planning a second trip to the island; he will be in Jamaica from January 10th through 19th and will be focusing on promoting “Nightlife” as well as networking. He says he would love to collaborate with other serious Jamaican artists and if the opportunity presents itself, would love to record for local producers.

Uzman is making himself available for interviews while in Jamaica. Interested media houses are asked to contact MJE by sending an email to mariajacksonent@gmail.com and they will be connected with his agent.
