Ini Kamoze The Hot Stepper

Ini Kamoze (Cecil Campbell) was born on October 9, 1957. He is a son of the parish of St. Mary, Jamaica.

His first single "World Affairs" which was followed by "Trouble You Trouble Me", this single was released on 12inch single.

In 1984 Kamoze released his self titled album which feature one of his more popular single "World a Reggae". The album was recorded and produced by two of reggae's top musician Sly and Robbie.

Some of Kamoze more popular tracks are, Stress, Hot Stepper, World a Reggae and Hot This Year.

Ini has so far released over ten (10) ablum up to the year 2010. His most recent was 51 50 Rule, released in 2009 on "9 Sound Click Record Label".

Ini has done collaborations with some of dancehall music's top acts, such as Sizzla and Busy Signal.

He is one of the few Raggamuffin performer to have been successful both in roots reggae and the modern style call Dancehall Music.
