Guyana has produced many top dancehall reggae artiste. Artiste such as Keith Sandiford, Dignitery, Mad Professor and Jafar SingH One of their most successful artiste is natural blacks. He is also a member of the Richie Spice led Fifth Elements Records family. Like most country where dancehall and reggae music is popular, there are also reggae bands and groups. One of Guyana's top group is "Reggae Nation". The group "REGGAE NATION" is on a mission to spread a universal message of unity, love and humanity coming out of Guyana. The sound system business is said to have being one of the major drivers behind the promotion of dancehall music worldwide. Two of the top sound systems in Guyana are Big Life Sound and Subatomic Sound System. Big Life Sound is one of the Worlds' Reggae Entertainment Industry’s premier DJ Group (Sound System). Founded at the turn of the millennium, Subatomic Sound System has brought together musicians, producers, DJs out of Guyana. Guyana also offer its locals and visitors a chance to enjoy night life to the fullest, with a number of well decorated night clubs. Some of the more popular ones are Calypso City, Caribbean Tropics Nite Club, Club Tobago, The Night Flight Disco, Buddy's Night Club and The Players Club. Once you are in Georgetown Guyana, You'll have no problem finding these hot spots, they are well known. Guyanese producer Ernie Trelfall is one of the most sought after reggae producer in Georgetown, he is also very popular in Canada where he produced most of the top reggae songs there.
