Dancehall Star Alkaline, Spice, Jahmiel and More Slated to Perform at Producer Notnice's "Party For A Cause"




U.S.A, Canada, Jamaica (MPR Consulting) - On February 28th, 2014 come "Party For Cause"!!! Hosted by Irie FM's own DJ Amber "Party For A Cause" will feature performances by one of the hottest and most talked about rising star of dancehall Alkaline, the dancehall diva who made her stamp on billboard, the one and only sexy Spice, young reggae crooner Jahmiel, Merciless, Merital, Blade, Scheemaz and many more special invited guests.

The event presented by producer Ainsley "Notnice" Morris is part 1 of his worldwide charity event series dubbed "Party For A 'Cause", the ST Mary Edition was chosen as a nod to Notnice's birthplace. Part of the proceeds will go towards Notnice former Alma Mater Portsmouth Primary School.

Gaining notoriety by Tattooing his eyes, dancehall artist Alkaline has become a much sought after artist and noted by many as one of the hottest young artist of the new year, he has become a fixture on the dancehall charts and prides himself to be different. "I'm enigmatic, I don't want to be a normal artiste. This is dancehall, you want to make people act and react," he told the Jamaican newspaper The Observer, adding: "You must make a difference."


No stranger to controversy and use to seeing her name on the gossip columns, dancehall star Spice continues to thrive through her music. Since hitting the billboard chart with "Ramping Shop", she has continued to deliver her blunt and sexiness through her music. Her latest hit single "So Mi Like It" has made it's way unto the various local and international dancehall charts, and her video has garnered close to 200 000 views in less than 1 month.

Talented, handsome, smooth voice and a versatility between reggae and dancehall has made young reggae artist Jahmiel a star in the making. The rising star can be heard ripping both the local and international airwaves with a slew of hits.
