Dancehall reggae artiste Capleton aka King Shango

Capleton King Shango, King David, The Fire Man, The Prophet is just some of the names that that dancehall artiste born Clifton George Bailey on April 13, 1967 in St. Mary, Jamaica is called.
Capleton got his break in 1989 when the owner of Toronto's base sound system African Star Stewart Born take him on a
tour to Canada.
But he did not make his big break into the dancehall reggae music business until 1992 when he released a number of hits some of which contains explicit lyrics.
Some of this hits are, Bumbo Red, Number One on the Look Good Chart, No Lotion Man, Almshouse, Music is A Mission, Tour, Granny a Lover, Prophet and Cold Blooded Murderer.
He released his first albums in 1991, these were "Number One pon the Look Good Chart and No Lotion Man.
King Shango has since released over twenty-two (22) albums, the latest
"I Ternal Fire' this was released in 2010.
The fireman currently performs three genres of music. These are Reggae, Roots Reggae and Dancehall Music.
Even though he has and is still doing work with VP Records he has his own record label, his label is called David House Productions.
King David also have his charity event which is held annually. It is a concert which is called "A St. Mary Mi Come From".
Proceeds from his concerts are given back to his community to help uplift his community.
Capleton is a die-hearted
Rastafarian and he is also a member of the Rastafari Movement in Jamaica.
