Dancehall artiste Imperial drops more ‘Dancehall Knowledge’ with new album


Prominent Jamaican artist and producer, Imperial seeks to impart more wisdom within the music world in 2014 as he has released his new studio album, Dancehall Knowledge – Volume 3, featuring a mix of songs sure to uplift and entertain the masses.


Released Feb. 7, Dancehall Knowledge – Volume 3 showcases 15 tracks, including familiar hits such as Days like These and Real Ghetto Story. This sure-to-be acclaimed album also features songs for the lovers such as Be My Wife and Your Love, for those who enjoy the night life like Ravin as well as motivational songs such as Shall Not Be Moved, Opportunity and Full Time Dedication.

This album is a much anticipated follow up to his 2011 compilation, Dancehall Knowledge – Volume 2 which featured songs such as Just Party, Miss Virtuous and Deadly Assault – The Tivoli Saga, a song which spoke on the infamous uprising in the inner city community of Tivoli Gardens in Kingston. It also gave you collaborations with the likes of Ikaya, Monster Hemp Higher and Khari Kill. The first installment of Dancehall Knowledge was released in 2008.

Dancehall Knowledge – Volume 3 is now available for purchase on iTunes and is a recommended listen for music lovers in search of authentic, thought-provoking content mixed with some fun and relaxing vibes.

Recently, Imperial has been promoting his single of the album, Promise and also enjoyed a tour of the United States near the end of 2013.
