Coolie Dancehall Riddim

Coolie Dancehall Riddim

The Coolie Dance dancehall riddim is the brain child of producers Scatta Burrell & Everton Burrell".

The riddim was released in 2003 on the Greensleeves Records label. The riddim was very popular in Jamaica and also made it big
internationally, thanks to the American duo Nina Sky. They recorded a song called "Move Ya Body".

The song "Move Ya Body" was spawned and advertised as a summer dance hit. The song itself is Nicole and Natalie in a club, singing "move your body, girl".
The song's context was proven odd, but was meant as a positive "Go get him girl!" message.
