Controversial DJ Dubbed as 'Dancehall's Porn Star' Ricky Carty Strikes Again!

Controversial Dancehall artist Ricky Carty who opened the flood gates for critics recently with one of the most explicit music videos in the history of Dancehall strikes again with another segment of his nerve wrecking releases.


The single by the name of “Sure Love” is sure to create a positive vibration for the artist as he seeks to mute his doubters with this very impressive single.

In other news recently Ricky Carty have rebuffed the stance of the Christian Brethren Assemblies Jamaica(CBAJ). The CBAJ recently said the artists were wrong for what they called promoting "sexual and moral depravity that has eroded basic concepts or respect, dignoty and discipline from our culture". The Christian group has stated that the authorities should put an end to what it claims are "controversial music videos" laced with strong sexual images, including group orgies, lesbian simulation and oral sex. In a press release to the media on Thursday, the CBAJ urged the media watchdog the "Broadcasting Commission of Jamaica as well as the Ministry of Tourism and Entertainment to play their role in protecting the nation from destruction value systems and music that will harm the children and the moral fabric of the nation" Additionally, they have implored artists to be more patriotic and to hold themselves to higher standards and refrain from "corrupting the soul of the nation".

Ricky Carty who is currently releasing his new single "Sure Love" had these sentiments to say regarding the matter. "Even among the church dignities, they are doing far lewder acts. People who got to the church for assistance, they take advantage of them because no one will know. When it comes on to Ricky Carty and his video he is not doing doing anything strange or ludicrous. Its nothing we haven't seen."Many artistes have positive music, even I myself have positive music releasing shortly but they don't highlight that. They didn't do a press release thanking these artists about their positive work in helping the youth and helping to build the country. They try to beat down and belittle other artists getting a buzz and it is very strange", said Carty
