Camar Flava shoots new video
Jamaican singjay Camar Flava recently shot a video for his singles My Clothes and Virgin Mary.
The two-in-one video was shot in areas of Kingston and Portmore, including Franklyn Town, Fletcher's Land, Hellshire Beach, and Olympic Way.
Camar teamed up with known director Elvis Griffiths of Yaad Boiiz Film productions for the visuals and concept behind the video.
"The main song for most of the shoot is My Clothes, and then it moves into my other song. The concept behind the first video is more of a party vibe, showing people being comfortable in their own clothes while the haters watch and try to copy. We even made a dance move for the song," Camar Flava said. "The video naturally transitions into Virgn Mary, a very spicy concept, but you have to wait and see the video to see exactly what follows."
Both songs have been doing extremely well, getting a lot of positive feedback and rotation on major local and international radio stations. In addition, the feedback from the general public has been very positive.
The two songs were released earlier this year and were produced by Jazzyneel and DJ Kitt of Jazzykit Music Group and the artiste's own Block 17 productions.
The video has been in high demand by his fans, and Camar Flava is hoping that it will give him the much-deserved push.
"I have huge expectations for the video. I am hoping the video gives the songs the extra push, and also, people can connect the face to the songs," he said.
The editors are in the final stage of completing the video and the recording artiste is planning an official launch date
