Anthony Malvo album Stronger to be release in March or April 2012

Anthony Malvo

The veteran entertainer is now all set to release his latest work yet, an album called Stronger that he expects to hit the market by March or April. The album, he says, will have as one of, its main features, a collaborative effort with Sizzla called Cant Draw Me Out that was produced by his label Real Music.

The album will also feature other artistes including Josey Wales and Determine. "The album is mixed and everything, we just have to settle on a date for the album to drop," he said. "Before we release the album we have to have a song that creates a buzz."

Overall, the album will have more original songs that he wrote. This, he says, is in stark contrast to his heyday when "Producers wanted you to sing over songs" as opposed to performing originals. Those songs will be about love, current affairs, and the culture of the people and of the country, he revealed.

Malvo's confidence about Stronger is buoyed by a successful tour of several cities in the United States late last year. From November to December, he toured with Flourgon but picked up other veteran acts like General Trees and Yami Bolo along the way.

There were stops in Washington, Atlanta, New York, Connecticut, Boston, and New Jersey Malvo said, and things went really well. "It was a good vibe," he said. "It was mainly clubs, indoor venues holding about a thousand people, a mix of Caribbean and American people."
