Dominican Reggae singer Aima Moses

Born in the island of Dominica, Amaziah Moses a.k.a Aima Moses grew up in the village of Kingshill with a small yet musically gifted family.

He was introduced to music at a tender age and his love for music blossomed quickly and after much heart ache, Aima Moses has become one of Dominica’s most prominent entertainers.

Since the 2004 release of his first album called “No Barriers“, and winning the 2005 “Best Reggae Album’ in the DBS Flamboyant Awards Aima’s talent has become evident to many international music pundits.

He was also named “Best Reggae Artist” of 2008 as well as in 2010 he was named Best New Upcoming Artist of the Month by Caribbean Society Media and featured on a 2010 international Reggae Compilation cd called the Mirror Riddim cd, which includes Jamaican artists Lutan Fyah, bushman, Teflon and others.

Aima has been performing in the United States and the Caribbean, in various shows with local and international reggae artists both home and abroad such as Sizzla, Capleton, Tarus Riley, Duane Stephenson, Morgan Heritage, Beres Hammond, Beenie Man, Mavado, Queen Ifrica, Gyptian, Etana, Tony Rebel, Eric Donaldson, Lutan fyah, Duane Stephenson, Tanya Stephens and many others.

Currently in Jamaica for a one month stint, Aima is working closely with Omar Benjamin of Frenz4 Real Studio to produce several singles, “Aima’s people reached out to me after hearing our material and before you know it he was on a plane heading to Jamaica to make some hits with us” stated Benjamin.

Aima is managed by international agent, Theresa Kemp of EMMP Evolutionary Management & Music Promotions and according her the Jamaican market is one that she intends to make a serious impact on. According to his publicist Karl Durrant “ look out for new singles, big collaborations, new videos and he will be Prophecy’s Special Guest on the Irie FM Road Tour”.
